Weight, Weight, Don't Tell Me!

Do you feel like you are attached to your weight? Do you yell at yourself for overeating? Do you rationalize by saying, "Yes, but I LOVE to eat!"
Would you say that is a roadblock to slimming down? Yes, right?
Well, here is an exercise that might help.
Think of the most recent time you had a major roadblock in your ability to slim down.
Visualize this experience somewhere outside yourself. In other words, visualize this experience to your left or right, whichever direction you think your past is.
Look at it. Now, put your chin over your shoulder in its direction. Breathe in deeply and slowly as you move your head from there to the other side. Your chin will now be over your other shoulder. Breathe out.
Now, breathe in deeply and slowly as you move your head to the other side again. Your chin will be back where it was when you started. Breathe out.
As you breath out, visualize the suction cup(s), hook(s), or whatever, the places where your energy connects with that experience, leaving your body. Feel the them disconnecting themselves. Your conscious, and unconscious, mind can have fun giving them a color, a shape, a size, and a texture. You might even hear a *plunk* as they leave your body. You might even feel a shift?
As you breath in, visualize the energy that you have attached to the problem being drawn back into your body, releasing the hold you had on it. Let your unconscious have fun with it again, giving the activity a color, a shape, a size, and a texture. Feel the shift?
As you breathe out, magnify the feelings of release and forgiveness.
As you breathe in, magnify the feelings of acceptance and power.
Keep doing this until you have actually disconnected to the experience completely.
Remember, if you take the time and effort to change your view of reality, your brain will put in the time and effort to make your reality become your view.
Thanks for reading.
