(by Susan James) There are only so many ways, I can keep suggesting the same thing within the dynamic of Body Image and Weight Loss. It is SOOOOOO Easy if we will just use this equation: Write It Down+Say It Outloud=Weight Loss We don't even have to understand the mechanics of why it works. However, for me understanding the mechanics gave me an intellectual reason to do the simple stuff. None of us were sent to this life to just meander around with noting to do. Part of our doing and being here is about raising our Purity Level. Purity in Light Energy Vibration, not what is known as purification to the *church*. In order to be the expanded beings that our souls are interested in becoming, it takes purifying our energy fields. That is where the *work* is. We, therefore as humans with soul's are given various life experiences to help the soul to that end. Weight Loss for some of us, is one of those experiences. This WOW Plan works. It works for losing weight, it works for having wealth flow to you, it works for relationships and health. Here's an example that Im using right now: As I sit here writing this, over to the left of my monitor I have a white piece of paper. On this paper, I have jotted down 16 inclusive dates. Each date has 900 calories out by it. And I have written: No Cheese/2Apples/LowCalProtein. I see this every day, I read it outloud everyday. And then at the end of each day or the beginning of the next morning I make note that succeed at it, by making indications on this cool wall calender that I have. If you've read any of the things I write about this body image stuff, you will know that it has nothing to do with calorie counting or carb counting. I switch back and forth from low carb/low cal and sometimes I combine them both. However what I am doing, is using a laser beam approach to zeroing in on the overall intention which is to stay around 125-130 pounds and a size 9. This is about throwing energy balls at something that I want. The energy balls are as I outlined above. It's nothing more than that. Its not about what I can have or not have to eat. Doing it this way, lets part of my brain know I am doing and being something that brings me what I want consistently. The fact that I understand the mechanics of the energy behind it, keeps me from dismissing it as frivolous. The point is........the fact that I wrote it down, look at it each day, all day as it sits in front me, I AUTOMATICALLY EAT according to that slip of paper. I don't have to use willpower or discipline. Its not hard! I do have to pick up that heavy pen and write it down, and then speak stuff out loud. Needing to muster up some kind of willpower is HARD! THIS is NOT hard! ```````` Jessy ```````` Don't you get bored with that or are tempted to eat things not on that slip of paper? ```````` Susan ```````` I don't depend on my food items to affect my excitement level over anything. I may get tired of the deli meat and apple routine. And when I get annoyed in that way, then I choose other food items.......BUT, please note this: ALWAYS whatever I may choose, always SEEMS to fit the agenda I have written on the paper. It falls into low cal or low carb or high protein and 8 times out of 10. The entire day falls into the 900 calorie range. And this is without me really trying!
